I ordered 1 shower head. I also bought 1 hose kit. However, when I got my confirmation I was charged for 3 hose kits and a years worth of filters. This was NOT a mistake on my part! I didn’t need 3 hose kits, and I couldn’t afford 12 filters. So, I immediately emailed the company and asked for them to fix my order. They replied that it was already too late, and the problem could not be fixed. Why is that? I was charged nearly 250.00 just to have a new shower head!! Terrible customer service.

If there were negative numbers this company deserves negative 5. I immediately saw that this was a scam when I purchased the shower heads and decided not to purchase the filters. I was still charged without my consent. Within minutes I wrote an email sent in the form they provide and to no avail nothing. This is a company that is deceptive and unfair practices. They basically switch and bait you in. As I read other reviews the practice is to continue shipping products you have requested cancelled even though you try and cancel which they ignore. To only have u spend money to return it and make u pay. Stay away from this company. They will ignore you and continue to charge you even when you did not authorize a purchase.

I received this cheap, plastic piece of junk that requires additional plumbing parts to install. I returned the shower heads and requested that they close my account. They have ignored multiple requests for nearly two months and continue to send me filters and charging my credit card. This company has no problem ignoring my emails and requests to close my account and stop sending me products.

If I could give this a negative rating I would! I ended up paying over $100 for the showerhead and these cheap ass filters, the showerhead is the cheapest thing I’ve ever ever used. It has absolutely no water pressure to it whatsoever and I had water pressure before I have contacted the company for a refund to no avail. The only email ended up getting from them was that they would give me 10% off if I wanted to buy one that had more pressure??? I don’t even understand how these companies are allowed to exist. I completely have wasted my money, my time, my effort installing it and then I had to buy another piece to stick on my shower so that it wasn’t up so high because I had no pressure to even rinse my hair so it had to come down lower so I could get more pressure. Please please stay away from this company they need to go out of business. They are going to take advantage of so many people. This is not fair. How these companies are opening up selling a bunch of crap and then closing their doors and we all get stuck with the junk And lose our money. Something has to be done but seriously do not buy anything from this company. The showerhead is a piece of crap you even look on Amazon it used to be $50 now they’re lowering the price all over the place to 25. Don’t even buy from Amazon. Do not buy this product!!!

Totally disappointed. Does not include a hose connection, which is included through Amazon at the same price. The shower head itself is very cheap plastic and much smaller than the picture. Cost as much to return as to purchase another one.

The shower heads arrived, no filters. I was charged for filters, they never came. I was charged again for filters, they never came. There is no phone number to call, only emails, they don't respond right away. Their resolution was to send me filters and a hose/attachment. They charged me for another set of filters. I have now paid over $400 for two shower heads and filters and have not even been able to take them out of the box. RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would.

Do not buy anything from this company. I was ordering one thing and they sent me something completely different. I asked to return item and was told to return it to Portugal which costs a lot for shipping. They took over a month to give me back 20% of my original payment. So something that should have cost me $40 turned into $151.00. All customer service says is that they are sorry for inconvenience. Word to the wise do not order anything from this company

I have just cancel my order and ask for my refund back but never got back all it keeps saying 1-7day it will return to my account listen up everyone devise, it's a scam. They Rob you for your money. And no one we're trying to get in touch with you to let you know what's going on if you want your money taken order from them
