The Drivse shower head finally arrived after about a month wait. Easily installed to my existing hose, no leaks. I wasn't able to tilt the head so it pointed straight out. So it couldn't point down unless I hand held it. Water pressure very strong. Too strong..Stinging strong, except for mist setting. Liked that it had a button to turn off if you wanted to. I wondered how the filter worked since it didn't seem very substantial. I watched a video that was posted that tested the water with and without the filter. The filter did not filter out chemicals. or make hard water better. This was a complete waste of money! I should have done more research and read reviews before purchasing and believing the hype!

This is a terrible company with terrible customer reviews. I ordered 3 showerheads. They just don't work in our areas. l tried to return for a refund, but was told only up to 15% could be refunded. One of the showerheads was leaking, a video was provided after several email exchanges. I am advised a replacement is on the way but not yet received. What a poor company with very poor ethics.

Horrible. You have to buy EVERYTHING to use this SEPARATELY. Now I have to pay MORE MONEY to return. On top of the 150 I ALREADY spent. Then I have to WAIT for MY money. I waited over a month for my order in the first place! You have to buy the head. The hose. The holder. The filters. Oh and you have to change the filter every month. I was even willing to do that! But when it came with just the head???? I am livid!

I HAVE CANCELED MY ORDER, BECAUSE THEY ADDED 36 FILTERS TO MY ORDER WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND NOW THEY HAVE SHIPPED, EVEN WHEN I CANCELED WITHIN 1 HOUR OF PLACING THE ORDER. NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!

Cannot figure out how to get a refund. I've emailed that email over and over again and nothing can someone please help me

What i can say about the shower head is it had great pres Sue other than that, it leaks, there is no where to place the handle cause it does not fit. I would tell everyone not to buy this product worst investment I ever made the customer service is terrible also.

This company performs like a pop-up company, their custom service doesn’t listen too well. These companies outsource their customer care, with HORRIBLE results. I purchased one of their shower-heads and it had hidden hairline cracks, which didn’t reveal itself until months later. Water is leaking down the handle and spraying upwards to the ceiling and behind the tiled wall. How could they sell you just a shower head, yet you have to pay additionally for the holder and metallic hose. I sent images and videos and all they said was sorry our product didn’t meet my expectations! What kind of response is that supposed to be? Very poorly made and the pressure isn’t up to par at all (as advertised). Stay clear - take your business elsewhere.

First, very expensive for an entirely PLASTIC product. Thin plastic. Second, they recommend changing the filter every month, for which you can SUBSCRIBE - yes, another monthly subscription plan. Third, you also have to buy a hose extension, either from them or elsewhere. Fourth, when I tried to return the product, they wanted me to pay for RETURN SHIPPING TO PERU. (Of course, they have a US warehouse, which is where it ships from.) HUGE SCAM.
