The Drivse shower head finally arrived after about a month wait. Easily installed to my existing hose, no leaks. I wasn't able to tilt the head so it pointed straight out

I place order on 3/30/24 not realizing it was from china. Received an email stating it was delivered on 4/10/25. I had watched the tracking closely prior. I did not receive package and no response from their support department . There’s no contact info for the delivery company. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered.

GARBAGE CHEAP PRODUCTS! IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN!! SCAMMERS!! DON'T BUY THESE PRODUCTS!!

Drivse is a very shady company. I placed my credit card info into the portal but never pressed complete purchase ,as they kept asking for hose, then filters etc, so I decided against it but to my surprise they charged my card! I wrote to them but no interest in refunding me. So I decided to keep all 3 shower heads only to find one not flowing properly at all. Wrote to them for one replacement (sent picture of flow issues) they refused to send me a new one!! Bunch of crooks....you've been warned!

Bad customer service I have been trying to contact them to cancel my order no response yet since 14th of march

Byer beware... The company, Drivse, does not communcate about delivery and when the delivery was attempted, the office at the RV Park where I was staying was closed. I was watching the tracking closely and contacted the delivery company as soon as they posted that they were unable to make delivery. They said that they would try delivering again but never did. When I attemped to communicate with them the just told me that I needed to be patient. Drivse, was silent during all of this. Now, I have requested a refund due to non-delivery and get no response from Drivse. I also get no response from the delivery company.

Shower was defective out of the box total garbage.feels cheap save your money

If I could only put 0 stars! This company is a sham that sells a cheap showerhead, and makes a ton of money of the filters you MUST purchase in order for the showerhead to work. I told the company to cancel my order once I saw the price of the filters. They sent the showerhead anyway!!! Check out their refund policy. I'm not getting my money back. Companies like this ruin my trust in all on-line shops. Shame on you!
