THIS IS A SCAM! I WAS CHARGE NUMEROUS TIMES AND NEVER RECEIVED A THING!! THEY CONTINUE TO CHARGE ME $72 A MONTH FOR NOTHING. I ASKED THEM TO STOP AND THEY IGNORE ALL ATTEMPTS TO CANCEL.

****DO NOT PURCHASE THIS GARBAGE*** If I could give a negative 100 I would, from order placed to time received over 25 days. Then I received just the heads (ordered 3) they advertised hose and mounts included, they indeed are NOT included. The shower heads were crap quality of plastic, imagine a plastic shower head not holding bacteria and having a plastic shower head period! I immediately requested to return and requested a refund, mind you they advertised a 90 day "hassle free" return process. Not at ALL how this is going, day 4 and I am still requesting my money back and where to return their plastic shower heads! I would go to Lowe's, Home Depot, Walmart, heck even the dollar tree and get a higher quality product and would receive better customer service from a king cobra! This is atrocious!! ***DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY***

Was SO excited for this high powered shower head! Had a plumber come to install; $100 product! Wanted to be careful. What should have been a solid piece of material was cheap plastic, broke immediately. No way to attach. Now I'm supposed to return it to PORTUGAL ON MY DIME?!?! TERRIBLE PRODUCT, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I did not buy this junk. I just want to advise those who ask for "Help!" to contact the company and save ALL email correspondence, yours and that company's as well as ALL tracking info and after a week to ten days with no satisfactory results, contact your credit card issuer and file a dispute. I had a similar experience with another company, another product, fortunately based in Florida not abroad, and although I used a debit card on my checking account, the bank took copies of the correspondence and issued a "contingent refund", meaning they investigate and if they determine the sale was "erroneous" (they won't say "fraud" outright) it becomes permanent. (If it was my fault they would retract the credit). They ruled that I was right, the company was at best inept and the bank hit them with a "Chargeback" and I kept the refund. Other than that, anytime one sees an ad like this that is too good to be true, do yourselves a favor and look up reviews for the product. Too many 1-stars? Don't bother. The 5-Stars are shills.

Do not buy this cheap plastic product. The hose burst on both the shower heads I bought within 6 months. They will not do anything about it as it’s out of warranty!!

Don’t business with this company. When I wanted to cancel they stopped responding to my emails. I had to file a claim with PayPal.

I ordered a drivse shower head on 3/31/25. I changed my mind right after the purchase on 3/31/25. Drivse responded back to me on 4/1/25 to reconsider. I stated No on 4/3/25 to state that I Want My Money back. On 4/4/25 drivse stated that they had processed a full return for me and to reconsider them for the future. Since then, they have continued to try to take the money out of my account. Now I received an email that the shipment is on the way. What a scam. I am disputing it through my bank and drivse office. I sent a desist letter for further trying to get money for something that I canceled.

What A SCAM DAMN I FELL FOR IT !!! Can’t change the filters They can’t supply the ones that fit correctly!! So BAD !!! Update - I have been advised to adjust the filters/cutting to fit, so I did this, took a few minutes, of course. The whole time thinking I paid how much for this shower head. Don’t get me wrong it’s a decent shower head. I wouldn’t give it 5 stars maybe 3 1/2. 🤷‍♀️ When I order the filters originally I looked at any choices they had for the size of the filter. Best I could tell the ones I ordered should have fit 🤷‍♀️
