Happy but Sad
I really enjoy the ion shower head. This is my third purchase the only complaint I have is on my last two ion shower heads after about a year and a half maybe two water squirts out at the seams right above the part where it unscrews. And of course it happens after the warranty expired.

It's a good shower..
It's a good shower... I have a problem with the water passes through the shower. I think I need a rubber somewhere.

The easy ordering, check out, and easy to install and enjoy
Ordering was easy check out was easy when I finally received them, I was actually really sick but now that I'm over and I've got it hooked up I just used it for the first time. I really like it. The water quality is so much nicer. I definitely recommend it. I just got to put the other one into my daughter's bathroom.

Like the way shower sprays on the 3…
Like the way shower sprays on the 3 setting. Being hand held it works great but when put up on shower head the spray go to front of shower mainly because it a straight piece and not curved like my old shower head. I still like the usefulness of it. I just purchased a 2nd one for my other bathroom shower and tub.

My experience started off really rough…
My experience started off really rough as I felt that there was false advertisement with the showerhead I purchased, not knowing that I had to purchase the hose and the holder separately, as well as the monthly commitment to filters. However, the customer service was great! Really worked with me to clarify everything and processed my request.
