I bought 2 and both leaks on the side of shower head, and i cant tight it up anymore, without breaking it. plus, now they wont give money back and will replace old ones. well do i want more junk, that's exactly what it is junk, hope you got rich off of me. Don't buy this junk

I bought the shower head kit off Amazon, now Amazon, the first shower head leaked so I returned thru Amazon, no problem, it was replaced with one that worked great, no leaks, great pressure. Now I am down to one filter, I go to Amazon to order replacement filters and can't because of a Hazmat regulation that states "THIS PRODUCT CANNOT BE SHIPPED TO YOUR ADDESS, PLEASE CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS" but there is no real location I could send them to to have them forwarded to me from so after this last filter is done it's back to the old crappy shower head. I called them, their message says all their reps are busy blah, blah, blah, this company made their money and now they are in the wind. I found replacement filters on the Bay but the seller wants $70 for 10 which I'm not going to pay. I can't even report them to Amazon because they have been removed from the platform.

Do not buy directly from their website. I placed and order for 3 shower head the realized they had added a bunch of filters for about $290. When I contacted them the same day they stated I placed the order and it cannot be canceled. What a scam. You can get a similar shower head on Amazon with filters at a fraction of their cost.

Never received it. No phone number to reach ANYONE. Zendesk auto-response ONLY...EVERY TIME. This place is fraud. Avoid at all costs. Their positive reviews are PAID FOR employees and bots...all BS!!!

I was very excited to receive my ion drops shower head only to be saddened by the second time I used it the hose faltered spraying water all over my bathroom. It seems that the actual hose separated from the shower head handle, I am returning it as defective but I will be trying another one I'm praying to get different results.

Honestly I would have given it a zero if I could. First of all I paid $246 for the entire kit and filters to last a couple of years. I asked for a full refund immediately after placing the order but was denied. Then it took 1 month for me to actually receive it; the only “instructions “ are printed on the back of the shower head box. I followed it exactly as it instructed. When connected it and turned on the water; 💦 it leaked and sprayed out from the attachments all that’s connected to the water spout. It spits out water all over my ceiling and bathroom. I am livid. I want my money back. DO NOT BUY THIS DRIVES SHOWER SYSTEM. ITS A SCAM!!!

A terrible company. Have no idea about the product because I didn't compete the purchase, yet they say I did. As soon as I was notified that I had placed an order, which I dud not, I sent a message saying not ti send, I didn't order. When the product arrived, I refused it, thus never opening it. They refuse to make it right. Do NOT open their site. They'll SAY you purchased!! Awful company!!

I bought our Drivse Shower Head in Feb '25 & at the same time I bought the SPECIAL Priced Filter Replacements (9) at 50% Discount so it was ONLY $72. We have really bad water &it has made a world of difference & we have been very happy! UNTIL this past Wked - May 31-Jun1'25. I Replaced the filter & proceeded to turn the water on to warm while I brushed my teeth. BUT - as I was at the sink I was getting soaked by a stream of water coming OVER the shower rod curtain - so I reached to turn off the shower. I tried tightening it - but just had major TOTAL shoulder Replacement & not enough strength to tighten - so fortunately - I had saved the previous reg shower head we had & changed it out. After mowing grass, my husband came in to shower & I told him he would have to tighten the head handle b/c I couldn't & it was spraying / rather soaking me over the curtain rod. So he tried & then turned it on & it just streamed everywhere!! But his eyes being better than mine - saw there was a crack right at the connection of the handle to the head where you put in the filters. So trying to still use it - we used plumbers tape - Nope! Then Medical Tape - NO WAY!! So back on went our previous shower head.Thank the Good Lord!! I was looking to see what their Customer Service Num was online & found that there is NO NUMBER to be had!! All through online ordering, disputing, complaining, or telling abt a faulty piece - WHICH NOW - we realize must be a continual theme for Drivse with Drivse Shower Heads. It said for Reund/Returns - you had to have a pic of problem & copy of Invoice of purchase. Now - I am one of those people's who still has to have a receipt for EVERYTHING from EVERYWHERE!! My bill drawer & overstuffed shoe boxes at Y'End proves me to be true - including grocery store receipts! Yep - that's me, thru & thru!! So to go to my Housing File & NOT FIND my Invoice for the Shower Head Order was very disturbing to say the least & I went thru it 2 xs - piece by piece!! What I didn't find was very upsetting but what I DID FIND was EQUALLY UPSETTING ... 2 receipts for Ordering the SPECIAL Priced 9 pk filters refills. SOOOO - now I realize I have bought 2 filters refills for $72 & $77 BUT >>have only received ONE (1) refill set !!!! SO now I'm out a refill set & a broken shower head & all I can do is submit the ONLY invoices I have & explain my need of an additional refill set AND a New Shower Head. BUT >> do I really expect to receive these things??? No, NOT AT ALL - b/c their Refund/Return clause says "w/In 30 days". So I have a packet of 9 refill filters & no way to use them - at all!!! All I can do is send a copy of the charge on my VISA WF Card for $39.99 on 2/17/25, that proves I bought the shower head - BUT - again - I'm most certainly out of the 30 day window. Soooo - JUST wanted to say - at this point I have spent over $189 - and have nothing to show for it being useful at all!! Very Sad- Very Disappointing!!! :-(((((
