I cant find the words to describe my dissapointment for this company, management/ownership, customer service policies, product and especially filter replacement in 30 days for a $1.00 valued filter sold by subscription that I didnt see clearly and at $50 each??? Let me say it again I'm over $500 vested in your product for 2 homes and 2 gifts. Now I cant connect any of them without a plumber to provide 5 female connectors for the showerheads and main shower pipe? Ace hardware doesn't have them? I cant get a customer service rep to call 813.415.1629 - Scott Smith and I will now fight with credit card company or small claims court. Regards.... Product required additional parts to connect with shower pipe, can’t find a double female connector at ace hardware. Refund and customer service policies are impossible to benefit from. Executive management are laughing at me for investing over $500 in shower heads and force-selling by unknown subscriptions(?) for $1.75 filters for $50.00 each? Avoid this company - it’s a no win investment. If you need filters I can get them from China and will sell them to you at $12.00 a piece for mostly postage. Sgt.scott chesmedia at yahoo.com

The advisement is not what you get. They show you the shower head, hose and bracket to hang the shower head. You have to pay extra for the hose, bracket, and filters. When you send in back, it has to be shipped to Portugal and not in the USA. Had to contact my credit card account, so that I could my refund back. They want you to return the shower head with in 90 days of the day you ordered the product. You can get the same items with everything on Amazon for a lot less. DO NOT BUY.

I ordered 2 shower heads and spare filters and waited a considerable time for4 their arrival. Total cost $160.00. I began to worry I had been scammed. When they arrived I was delighted. We installed one to see how it worked. It was so strong and the water so powerful that it left red welts on my skin. We removed it again. I immediately wrote and politely asked for a refund. I waited for the full response. Then I was informed that I had to send Drivse the shower heads and filters by registered mail to Portugal from Australia. They were heavy so it was expensive. The cost was more than 50% of the cost of purchase. I was told that I would not get a full refund, only a percentage. I would be out of pocket a considerable amount with the postage cost and the percentage forfeited. I wrote and explained it was prohibitively expensive. I keep asking for a refund and instead my email inbox is flooded with ads and offers. But no responses to my concerns. Overall there has been no reasonable customer service and no refund to date.

I only gave them a 1 because I can't choose 0. To begin with, I purchased what I thought was 2 shower heads, but they charged me for 3, so now i have an extra shower head. I also purchased two hose systems (which are not included) for it and extra filters. Upon arrival, I immediately installed them. They worked for a total of 13 days before they broke. I contacted them to return the product for a full refund (as stated in the ad). They offered me 15% of the purchase price. The refund policy states you have to return the product UNUSED to receive a refund. If it's used, they won't give you a refund. Buyer's Beware!

DON'T BUY! This shower head sucks. It's made of cheap plastic from China. 2 of the 3 shower heads I purchased are broken due to stress fractures. I called and they won't honor the warranty. They also made a smart comment saying they hope I'm not using any plastic from China in my phone. The product sucks, the support consist of A holes, and money would be better spent on an actual good product.

Don't buy something the company won't back. Unless it is damaged in shipping, simply not working is not grounds for refund. Double talk guarantee. Have to go through our States Consumer Affairs Department and credit card company to get resolution

I purchased 2 shower heads and the necessary attachments. In total I spent over $250.00. Then the problems began. I never received the order. I alerted them and know that it’s impossible to speak to a representative. They conduct all business, presumably via AI, through email. Those emails are however, wholly unresponsive. I was then advised that the company they hired to deliver my order experienced problems making the delivery. And they charged me $75 to have the product “redelivered”. Without the ability to discuss this with a representative of this company, I relented and agreed to pay this extortion. But the product still never arrived with Drivse advising me that I again had to take up my issues with their delivery service. I’m an attorney with a background in consumer fraud matters. My experience with this company has every indicia of displaying classic consumer fraud characteristics and I sadly allowed it. Hopefully I can save some fellow consumers the same fate. Don’t trust this company.
