Regardless of the effectiveness of this shower head or its reliability, I was turned off with it right out of the box. It doesn't come with a hose. Have you ever bought a car without tires? Yeah, kind of like that. I felt like I was in a trap to have to spend more money by ordering a hose assembly through them. I didn't. i went to the store to buy one and just bought a new shower head with all parts included and sent this one back. Don't fall for it!

I only gave them 1 star because I can't go negative! I bought 2 shower heads, and I am glad I did not spend more. Their return policy is if you want to return them it must go back to Portugal. They said not to put a value, but the post office would not accept the package without a full customs declaration. Plus, it would cost $50.00 to ship the crap back. Needless to say, we did not ship back the shower heads. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCUMBAG COMPANY. The same shower heads would only be $4.27 on Temu. The 36-piece filter set is only $8.48 on Temu. Buyer beware don't ever trust this scum company. I plan to fight it as far as I have to to get a refund.

Delivery... tracking was slow and estimated delivery took two months! When I ordered it, I put in my address along with my apartment number. Their system didn't take the apartment number, so it was marked "undeliverable" and returned to the facility. Email after email and I keep getting the same message. I have requested a real warm blooded person to handle this, but I get identical computer responses. There is no actual phone number for customer service. I am out $200 because they won't refund my money. They will however send it back out... for $43 more! No shower head is worth this!

Purchased a shower head in April and after 4mos the head cracked - emailed the problem and would not honor anything only telling out of warranty -and sending me a coupon to purchase another one - shouldn't it last at least longer than 4mos. - why would I buy another one - no matter how good the head is it should last longer

This product is cheaply made. I got my shower head and it leaked from 3 places. Asked for a refund (as per their 90day money back guarantee) and they wanted me to send it back to Portugal on top of that, they high-lighted refund policy which said they won’t refund used products. How do you test the item if you don’t try it out? Pretty bad. I tried getting my money back with no luck. Don’t waste your time and money on this junk product. It’s so not worth it!!! I’ve learned my lesson to check it out before I order.

If i could give less I would!! They absolutely suck and their refund and communication skills are awful

The amount at first was not that bad. Once you start checking out you find out it doesn't come with the mounting bracket and hose. Only comes with one filter that is supposed to be changed one a month...they offer filters for more money. The amount of pressure it gives out doesn't work with a shower with shower curtain. It blows curtain up and floods bathroom.

This shower is cheaply made, God forbid it's out of warranty. Customer service is terrible, no replacement parts, too bad. Will give you 50% off on a new one, big deal. Plastic bottom part is cheap plastic.
