Purchased two shower heads and a hose mounting kit. Thread on hose holder bad right out of the box. I checked their parts with my local hardware store and they confirmed that the hose holder thread is bad. They finally admit that the part could be defective, but want me to pay for the freight to return for inspection. Now I have to pay 1/2 the price to ship it back when they should be paying for freight on a defective part. Customer service is terrible, think twice before purchasing!!!

Je suis dégoûtée d'avoir payé aussi chers en commandant le pommeau de douche de simples filtres en coton qui soi-disant filtrent le chlore et le calcaire qui dessèche la peau. Après avoir fait un test sur l'eau après qu'elle soit passée dans le pommeau de douche filtrant, je me rend compte qu'il n'y a aucun changement et que l'eau est toujours aussi dure et chlorée, ces filtres bas de gamme ne filtrent rien du tout et ma peau reste desséchée. Et puis d'après les photos je pensais que le pommeau de douche était en métal chromé mais ce n'est finalement que du plastique et je ne sais pas s'il sera assez solide dans le temps. En faisant plus de recherche je me suis rendu compte que c'est un produit chinois qui est vendu 80% moins cher que ce que j'ai payé sur le site Drivse et que ce site apparemment ne rembourse personne si l'on n'est pas content du produit. Bref, même si la pression du pommeau fonctionne bien, je vais jeter les filtres en coton inutiles et être obligée de racheter des vrais filtres qui fonctionnent avec des billes de filtrage à l'intérieur

My friend bought one thinking it would increase the water pressure, like they advertise. The water pressure was worse. Disgusting Lies.

The shower mounting device is not even shown in the videos I've seen. Took about a month to receive and it arrived with no direction for the mount. The mounts in the videos are NOT the one I received. I have 2 of these devices and now I feel cheated. I will never even review any product made by these people. It's a ripoff! Refund my money!

On the charge screen it said that charge didn’t go thru. So I sought out another style. Come to find out not only did it charge me for 2 units, it added a years worth of filters. It was almost double charge. When I emailed, I said I wanted a Refund and that I would refuse the package. I did get an answer the next day but was NOTHING LIKE I EXPECTED. It was explained that if I refused the shipment that the package would go back to a shipping address and may never get back to the company, come to find out I would need to return this with tracking internationally to the country of its origin. How long do you think I’m gonna have to wait for my refund of close to $200. This is terrible and I certainly hope that Amazon stops having anything to do with this company. In fact that is what I am writing a letter to Amazon about today.

This company has no honor Don’t buy it I have called and left messages 8 times no response Email too numerous to count no response They exploded what I ordered which went from an advertisement to 300+ dollars Do not fall for the scam

Do not purchase from this company. Their ads say refunds and returns are done. But they make you pay for postage the return goes to Portugal the cost is as much as you are returning.
