I ordered 3 shower heads and I used one for about 2 weeks. I was not impressed with the showerheads. I requested to return and after a few emails, they gave me instructions to return the items. The items can be returned, BUT you have to ship the items to Portugal. WTF.. the cost to ship items to Portugal outweighs the refund. I know they know this and that is why they make you send them to Portugal. I do not recommend this company or it's products. Maybe I can use the showerheads to wash my car.

Buyer beware, does NOT work as described, cheaply made, does not come with any other accessories ( such as hose, adapter, hanger) In order to get a return authorization you must jump thru 50,000 hoops. They want you to be discouraged and not send it back... Don't waste your time or money...

Product arrived without a hose and a shower head holder. Functionally useless. Had to visit a store to buy the required parts. Filter price is exhorbitant and make the whole experience not worth the money.

I ordered the showerhead thinking that the hose come with it when I found out I had to pay extra for a hose. I cancelled my order, but they took my money and I don’t have a showerhead nor do I have my money back. I’m not understanding this..When do I get my money back. I ordered it September 18 , It’s now October 6. Fake site or what..

Item not received and each time I submit an inquiry I get an automated response and nothing has been done about it. Fake site I’m starting to believe.
