DO NOT PURCHASE!! I thought I was ordering the $19 shower head only. My card was charged over $139. Turns out they say I "subscribed" for automatic shipments. I called to cancel the order for $139 (There is NO option for account management on their website) and was told that I can not cancel. I can return the parcel to Portugal at MY expense only after a get a pre-approval for return. I was VERY clear to the associate via email that I do not want any further products from them and then GUESS WHAT?? Another charge appears for $119 a week later for 12 more filters ( I now have 2 years worth of filters). I emailed them before shipment asking them to NOT ship. My email was answered 4 days later with an apology for the delay in response due to their heavy sales volume. The website is deceptive and customer service is worse. DO NOT PURCHASE!

Absolute garbage product. It popped off my shower and about knocked out my wife. Tried to fix and it keeps just popping off the plastic ball bearing, everything was setup perfectly, had a repair tech look at it plastic that wraps around the plastic black ball bearing is like shit like this product. Run away! I should sue these scam artists.

I’ve had the shower head for two weeks now. Two pin holes came out under the stop button. What do I do?

I purchased the product and after realizing all the xtra charges being added on PayPal, I lost interest in the product. I immediately emailed my intent to cancel the order. I sent it 5 minutes after the order. I never heard back from them, and sent another email the next day. When they did respond, which was 2 days later, they said it was too late. Now after receiving it and not opening the package, they won’t accept returns unless the product is damaged. The company as a whole is a fraud. I expect the product to be crap as well.

I ordered this through Facebook I put my bank card number in and got a response it could not take that card. So then I used a charge card and it went through but a lot more things was added to the order than I wanted over 300$. Then I got a notice from the bank where they charged my bank card as well so now I’m charged twice for something I never received. Went through customer service to try a fix it and asked for complete refund by sending through emails because there is no number that I can call to speak with anyone. But yet the issue has not been resolved and it’s been over 30 days NO MONEY RETURNED AND NO PRODUCT RECEIVED EITHER…

I would give a zero star if I could. I purchased 3 and could not use them right away due to not having the hoses needed to attach them. I went online and ordered two directly from them at 50.00 a piece. They are cheap and made of plastic. They do not fit the large thick handle of the shower head. In order to use it, we would have to hold it the entire time. I have sent numerous emails with no help. Trash!

I have not received my order as of today

On September 17 I made a purchase of three shower heads plus all installation materials , you have got my money on the 18th according to my statement from the bank . To this date I have not receive a freaking thing from your company , according to your email it said shipped same day . you are going to be notified legally very soon , I want my showers ASAP.
