I agree with the majority of these ratings. This company scams people, and I agree with legal action. How do we go about it. With this many complaints, an enormous about of people paying and not getting the product, paying and not being told other needed parts have to be bought on top of the shower heads, or customers cards being charged over and over for a subscription that they did not sign up for. I AGREE with these 1 star reviews that shouldn't be a 1 star period! This company says there is NO way to refund the money they illegally charged to a customer's card. Banks and credit card companies need to be aware if this company so customers can get their money back. This company has charged almost $300 EXTRA dollars to my credit card and is refusing to return that money. Who can we contact to even try to get our money back??!! Do NOT buy from this company, unless you dont care to loose $200+ dollars and get missing or broken parts and filters coming out you arse for a subscription you didn't sign up for.

I was extremely off put with the company's sales strategy. I was directed to a one-page web link from a Facebook ad. Firstly, it was unclear the product needed filters to function, which are only shown to you after ordering a shower head. Then, they tell you afterwards you need to order the hose and fixture separately. I reluctantly ordered those as well. However, the ordering system did not add those and now I have a useless shower head and filters, which by their return policy can only be replaced if defective. SMH. The shipping was prompt and arrived very quickly. The product looks like a quality product, if I could use it. Overall, I'm a little jaded and feel a bit suckered.

I ordered the diverse shower heads and wound up getting two more than I ordered. I was charged for those extra shower heads and filters. When they arrived the packages were damaged and the shower heads looked used and not properly packaged. I immediately wanted to return them... I knew that I had been scammed and they had charged my account over $300. I tried to return them but just got the runaround or no response. Please save your money and do not purchase this product it will only lead to disappointment.

This is the poorest excuse for a shower i have ever had. Used it for 1 week, and now it sprays water in 4 different directions, impossible to use. I'm going back to my original Moen. This product is nothing but a scam! Stay away from it!!! Do not waste your money!!!

They may have the #1 shower head, but their business model is very aggressive and I would go as far to say scammers. Every step of the ordering process is painful and when you I think youre done and ready to pay, they won't process your order until you are forced to watch this painfully long video just to get your order processed. You think you're done after the video, but that would be a foolish assumption. Again, they won't let you place your order until they throw all of these products at you to add on before you finalize your purchase. One of those additional products was the hose for $44. So in reality, their "special $39 deal" doesn't save you money because you are obligated to buy the hose. I never heard of these type of items being sold separately from other companies. They make no reference to this on their site until you're ready to place your order. Once you deal with all of that and get to place your order, they do not ask you to confirm your cart. I got a confirmation for things I didn't want. Very shady business model. Beware!

WARNING!! Please don’t get involved with this company! I never ordered their shower head and they immediately debited my card of $119. I opened the advertisement and read it and closed, as I was not interested at all! I put in a dispute with PayPal with significant backup and found out that PayPal is in cahoots with them!! Please be careful, as they are scammers in a big way!!!

I purchased the showerhead on August 31, 2025 itonly has two settings, lights spray, and a hardness in the middle. It doesn’t put out much pressure. The fillers does not work, that well. I took showerhead down and replaced it with my old one. It was a total waste of money.
