ORDERED, PAID FOR, NEVER RECEIVED

The Drivse showerheads are made of a poor grade of plastic. Both of the ones I brought back on March 28, 2025 broke almost at the same time. First one developed a crack in the handle. Water sprays out of the crack. The ring on the second one broke & almost hit me in the face due to the high water pressure. Don't buy these. If you have them already, consider replacing them.

This was another YouTube ad. I learned a long time ago to check it out with my own browser. I then check out reviews of the product on non-product sites. Yelp & Trustpilot is my starting point then other sites to get a feel of honest reviews before I consider looking at more of the vendor propaganda site. THANK all of you for the many reviews of this company & product. I have a great, cleansing shower head that I’ll keep. This looked too good to be true & these reviews confirm that. Sorry for the the problems people had but grateful y’all shared so I can avoid repeating nightmares. Trustpilot will remain at the top of my “check it out” sites for reviews. Thanks Trustpilot & those who suffered & shared so more don’t have to.

DO NOT ORDER OR BUY!! IF there was a ZERO star option, this is what this company would get. Their sales strategy is deceptive and misleading. You click on the Ad to purchase a shower head. Then, you are immediately directed to a painfully long video as to why you MUST buy their water filters, and realize you've been bamboozled! This is no ordinary showerhead. O no. Drivse is a water filtered showerhead that softens the water (supposedly) and provides these miraculous benefits to your skin and hair. What began as a $35 purchase, will now cost you over $100! When you realize you can't 'go back' and CANCEL your initial order, you go ahead and order the water filters, because the showerhead is USELESS without them! (and withOUT the benefit of the discount that's promised: "Hurry! While supplies last. Buy 3, get 3 free TODAY!" According to my calculations, there was NOTHING for free! Then... yet ANOTHER sales video to buy their shower fixtures: fixtures you will need to INSTALL your new miraculous water filtered showerhead! I am a fool. I have told myself countless times to NEVER order products online unless it's through well used and trusted websites such as Amazon or Walmart. I was scammed again! Thankfully, I was at least smart enough to contact my bank immediately and CANCEL my debit card. It sounds as though other potential customers got charged repeatedly, for products they didn't order or want in the first place!, which is another clear sign of a scam company! I will contact Drivse in a last-ditch effort to recover my money for a showerhead I can never use, but from the reviews I've read, it looks as though you are just ignored with all such requests. Another red flag. With so many dissatisfied customers, who have had their money STOLEN from them, the Better Business Bureau should get involved, and SHUT DOWN this company.

I would like to thank all of the people who left reviews. After reading several reviews I’m not going to put myself through all of the problems that the reviewers experienced. Five stars for leaving a review to warn others of how they do business. Thank you.

Ordered drive product and never received it.Wrote the company about the status of my order and got no response from them. Need to know if order is available or if not need a refund. Thank you Gene

Terrible experience. Customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. I asked to cancel my order, but they shipped it anyway and still haven’t sent the return label I requested. Big mistake ordering here—save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Was unaware it came with nothing to connect to an existing shower.
