I found that the full blast to the shower head was too much.. but, I just adjusted it down about middle ways and it works great. Yes the filters are terribly exspensive and I probably won't order them but the shower is wonderfully refreshing. Thank you

I obviously made a mistake in ordering. When I realized the problem, I reached out to Drivse web site expecting to have to wait til a regular business day. They were right there on a late Sunday evening, took care of the problem and were just wonderful.

I had a problem and contacted the support team. After many iterations and a senior citizen that's not good at my own phone, the patience requred was extraordinary. My support team included Patrick, Chuck, and Richard (AI). I owe the team a debt of gratitude for working with me and solving my problem.
