Response to a purchase
My experience with purchasing Drivse products was interesting. Overall, my rating was a 3 after trying to understand what was marketed during my visit on the site. As a customer it was challenging after parts of the promotional offers gave options for acceptance or decline. I canceled my order and support staff was prompt in refunding my purchase. Thanks for a quick response and support.

I wish it were made to last
The water pressure is very good. However I would like to see it made better (metal rather than plastic). I think it would last longer if it were made with less plastic.

The connector peace that you connect…
The connector peace that you connect the hose to always leeks. It's the peace you connect to your shower head. The connection to my shower head is just fine, but the connector it self is what leaks. In the package you send the shower head, and two other peaces, the hose and the connector. It's the connector that's the problem, it LEEKS!!!

I didn’t realize you would enroll me…
I didn’t realize you would enroll me into automatically order filter tubes for my shower heads. As of right now I have over 20 filter tubes for shower heads that haven’t been installed. Please stop my automatic mailing of the filter tubes. Thank you

The product itself
So the shower heads does not give the pressure that they say it does. As the filter builds up the less water pressure you get. The filter itself does give you a 30 day run. I understand that this solely gives you clear water, but it puts no minerals which your body and hair do need back into the water after taking out the chemicals. The support staff is great!!! I have been working with Nestor and he has been wonderful to communicate with, I give him 5 stars just not the actual product.

Water pressure …
I appreciate the fact that the water is cleaner and leaves my skin softer, but the change in my shower pressure is uncomfortable to me

The filtered water is great
The filtered water is great! The feel.is amazing and great for the misses hair. However, after the first filter change the head has started to leak when put back together. It is not the screw side but the side that goes to the nozzle. That being said it does do as advertised for the water. They just need to look at longterm useibilty for the head after filter changes
