The advertising is not clear. If I had been made aware of the monthly cartridge ahead of time, I wouldn’t have purchased it. It took weeks to arrive, during which I received many cartridge selling emails. When I finally received the items, I knew I wanted to return them. That has not been easy either. Three emails back and forth and no information on how to return. I feel like I have been scammed.

This company is the worst ever !!!! they do NOT reply to my complaint's or try to get my refund for the product I want to return. In my opinion this company is nothing but a scam !! with a inferior product that is not worth the money that it is asking for also filter that i did not order but was charged for anyways.

Can’t review yet because I haven’t been able to use it! When I purchased, I thought I was getting everything needed to actually use the shower head…but, all I received was the actual shower head…NO hose to connect it! That was not made clear when I ordered…

The product is cheap. It arrived opened and without washers. I wanted to return but you will need to send it to Portugal even though the package arrived from Commerce, CA. The company and product are a ripoff.

The showerhead WILL NOT fit my shower, and I've been DENIED a refund.

Used one of the two shower heads. The pressure was so low it would not washout the soap from my wife's hair. One shower and it was off. Can't recommend this product. Trying to return but it is very difficult.

Ordered 3 by mistake. Got 1 separate kept. Trying to return 3 in unopened package and can’t even get a return address to refund my moneyed. Only 30 days allowed for returns. Recieved confirmation email of my request to return but because they are extremely busy they have to get back to me. Why couldn’t they just send return address . Scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
