Don't get scammed or on eBay right now. For less than $15, ice paid over a 100 for filters and a shower head with no hose or attachments when I went online, I thought it was kind of neat to buy a nice shower head for 30 bucks, and then when I put in my credit. Card information, it asked me if I needed to this and that and all these different attachments, which ended up costing a lot of money, I decided that I didn't want to do it. So I backed out of the sale by closing up the app and the company charged me over a $100 and sent me a stupid shower head with some filters. I try to do a return. The item has to go back to Portugal. They want you to send it with no value which because they do. That is because they have to pay to have it shipped back to them. And then I'm sure they will take it out on your refund. This company is a bunch of b******* Beware report to Better Business Bureau's.

I received my two shower heads and replacement cartridges and was charged over $114 for this order. I didn’t realize the cartridges are so very expensive. I went onto your website wanting to cancel this order after it was placed but was not able to. I then read your refund policy and was disappointed to see the only refund you’ll allow is if the product is defective or broken. So I installed one shower head when it came and turned it on. It leaks from the area where the button is to turn off the water and has just a couple of options for how your water comes out. It’s plastic and very cheaply made. And on top of that, it does not come with a shower install kit. You have to buy those as well. What a waste of money!!

I love the shower heads but I have tried to order replacement filters. I received the wrong size for the heads I ordered. I have tried to contact customer service to no avail. Please contact me to correct this situation. 3309685223

Only gave one star because it wouldn’t let me leave negative stars. Advertisement is misleading. Spent a lot of money for an overpriced shower head. No hose no holder no pipe fittings. Extremely dissatisfied and ended up buying what I needed from Walmart instead of spend more money with a company that I feel ripped me off by misleading advertising. Save your money and buy anywhere but here.

Still have not received the item

Order three (3). Never received a confirmation on any of the orders that is how I received three. When emailed to cancel, they told me it was already to be shipped which was a lie, I had emailed the day after I ordered. So I kept emailing them. I told them I would accept one but not the other two. That I would just refuse them. They sent all three together and the return is Portugal and they want to be able to track the package. I also made a complaint with BBB of Arizona. The last email they said if I kept the shower heads and not return them, they would send me two (2) hoses and one (1) holder. Not sure if that covers my lost on the cost. I am out $234 dollars. But return could cost me more. Undecided You can buy the same one at Walmart, Temu and other stores that are in the states and a lot cheaper. Hopefully, they get undersold and go away. Not good business for us in the states.

Looked at supposedly ordered 3 than filters at a subscription? Which I did not want called emailed and wanted to cancel you shipped anyway? which I never got asked for a refund of everything no response at all not happy all info sent to PayPal to rectify still no response I just want my money back $120

Hi, I just received my order, but it arrived incomplete. I only received the hoodie, and the rest of the items were missing. Please check and let me know what happened and when I can expect the missing items. Thank you.
