It leaks. I have tried to seal it, but it leaks and runs down the kine.

No one answers the phone I have two phone numbers for you guys no one emailed me back I have tried to contact you twice I need to return this item it's not going to work for me

They shipped a shower head only—no stainless code or wall mount bracket was included. I'm unable to use it. Also, they charged for 6 filters, which I didn't order. No customer service phone number to call. Asked for a refund procedure via email but the automatic email response stated that the response will be delayed due to the high volume of inquiries. Very disappointing.

way over charged then charged for 3 sets of filters for $79 you can get on amazon for $16 , No instruction about the filters and never got the filters

The shower wand is too long. The shower adapter and shower hose are made of hard plastic and silver. They don't look well with the shower head. They also won't last long. The chrome finish will probably peel with the water. The price I paid for this showerhead and filters doesn't match the quality of the showerhead. I ordered 3 filters that were expensive. Walmart has 20 filters for half the price I was charged. Poor quality items. You should have free return shipping for people that are not satisfied with your product This is deceptive advertising. You say if you're not satisfied with our product, return it, and we will reimburse you. The catch, you have a long list of demands from the customer that is not satisfied with this product. Receiving a refund is quite costly and an extremely difficult process.

I was disappointed when received all I got was the shower head and filter No hose or cradle for it so to me not worth the purchase Price. I am requesting a refund because I should not have to buy extra parts .

I received my shower head and when I installed it, water only came gushing out of the bottom of the shower head (where you screw it onto the water line). I tried several times with no luck. Ironically, when I screwed the original shower head back on, there was no leakage anywhere. Conclusion: there’s a big problem with Drivse shower head. I will also note that it looked and felt cheaply made. It’s mainly made of plastic, which I was willing to overlook if it actually worked!

I accidentally clicked ‘yes’ to purchase and despite contacting the company immediately to notify them, I had 3 emails to their official email address returned by Microsoft as unknown before one worked. I NEVER received an invoice or receipt for my purchase so had no record of what I’d purchased or for how much. Once I finally managed to get an email through to them, I had to wait several days before being told that the order had been despatched immediately (despite receiving a notification from them asking me to patient as they couldn’t send out my order for a while) and I had to wait 2 weeks for the order to arrive. You cannot return the order without getting authorisation from them and it has to be tracked shipping which I have no idea how expensive that will be - imagine a lot -. There has been no help, no understanding, absolutely useless customer services. I feel this is a great scam. I hope people read these reviews before committing to buying anything from Drivse.
