Good luck if your looking for a refund. It just won't happen.

Toward the end of the ordering process it is revealed that frequent/weekly filter changing was necessary and I did not complete the order. Then they sent an email saying it was already packed and shipped - a blatant falsehood -- impossible. I sent another email response requesting an immediate refund and they refused. The ordering process tricks you into buying because they don't reveal that you will need hundreds of $10 filters. Shady business practice at best . . .

I ordered but had to cancel. The support email says they would contact within 24 -48 hours. I did receive email when I stated I wanted to cancel the order. They responded with a counter offer instead of confirming my cancellation. I have been waiting for a respond to the last 3 emails I sent. No phone number to call which makes me feel like this is a scam.

We didn't get all the parts and package

I have waited almost a month and have not received my shower head, or any of the other things I ordered , I spent almost $ 170.00 and don't have anything. No one has contacted me or anything . Not good customer service > please let me hear from you .

No response to email, to return items don’t fit our plumbing different size, product feels cheaply made, says items must be returned within 30 days of purchase they take 15 days to deliver, they don’t respond for a request of return, when asking for an address to return to! Going through site hard to navigate, takes you on a journey to buy more product… customer return service is non existent.

This is a scam! While navigating the website I tried to indicate no to special offers but was unable to get it to respond. I never confirmed the order yet immediately got a confirmation email for an order including the "special" offer. I have tried multiple times to contact the company to stop the order but have received norespy. I have contacted my credit card company to cancel the order and refuse payment. This company is a scam!!!!!

DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAP THING. It horrible and the company is a scam. They are also not honest. You can purchase the filters from Amazon, Walmart or other retailers. It leaks, and all it's doing is forcing water through small holes it a ripoff
