Worse company I have ever dealt with

I think the mist spray setting is the most pointless shower option. My shower is not a greenhouse. My other sprayer has 9 options which I love every one of them. Would have Been nice if your sprayer had more spray settings instead of the wasted mist and the other 2 options I can't even distinguish a difference. The filtered part of your shower head actually dries my hair and skin out. I purchased it in hopes of getting just the opposite in results. Overall, I am super disappointed and I feel I completely wasted my money once again on another online purchase.

WARNING: This company stole my credit card info and sent the product with my authorization. I backed out of the transaction after reading that I would have to purchase extra filters. 10minutes later I received an email that my card was charged $60. I immediately reached out and asked them to cancel that and that I had backed out of the order and did not authorize the order. I wrote every day. They then said after 5 days that the order was enroute. I was furious. I then told them I did not want it and demanded a refund. The said there is not anything they could and could return with no problems when it arrived. It arrived 2 days ago. I reached out again and asked for prepaid postage so I can return it. They then offered me store credit to keep it. I wrote back no I want to just send this back and still informed them that they stole my info and sent this any ways. Today the said I would have to send it back to PORTUGAL and pay the postage which would be mone refundable. I am so FNING ANGRY. STEALERS WARNING DO NO PURCHASE FROM THESE STEALERS AND CROOKS.

First I want to return the items as the deal is a big scam. I bought them on 11/6 and do not want them as the company attempted to charge me the price again. There is no link on website to get a return box or anything. I tried to find support online and apparently none exists. So anyone interested should not buy these items. Also the phone number listed does not work.

I haven’t received the shower head yet

False advertising, bad customer service, illegal return policy. They don't tell you the head doesn't fit ordinary holders, then they want to over charge for their holder, and they refuse to cover the return shipping of the product so you don't get your money back, but they still make a profit from you. I told everyone I know that was thinking about buying one how bad the service is, They looked it up and agreed it is a scam Company. Plus, they don't tell you it comes from another Country. I have been trying for about 3 weeks to get it returned and they refuse to cover the shipping back.

First thing I'd like to say is that your product is a piece of junk. Right From when I received it and analyzing the product, I found that it was a nothing but a pile of plastic garbage. Immediately after installing it, the part that goes to the pipe sticking out of the shower wall leaked profusely, no matter what I tried, I couldn't stop the leak, so I had to go to home depot and buy a replacement part before I could even use it, through the couple of months that I have used it. It keeps developing leaks here, there and everywhere. Well, today was the final straw. The hose running to the unit exploded. Now I have to go to home depot to buy a replacement hose. Your whole package and your whole company is a rip off and you should be ashamed of yourself but I guess not, cause that's the way greedy people are. The shower head is overpriced.The attachments that we need to make it work are nothing but plastic garbage.And you are ripping people off charging ten dollars a piece for the filters replacement.When you can buy them on Amazon 10pcs for fifteen dollars. You should go out of business because you are an embarrassment too Yourselves. According to other reviews, I've read you actually all should be arrested for bank fraud, credit card, fraud, false advertising and completely deceptive business practices, including double charging people's cards, not delivering the product at all and for selling inferior products. Karma has a funny way of replacing greed with sickness.Hope yours is real devastating. FU.

VERY EXPENSIVE with Plastic fittings that leak and spray water everywhere and it seems they lock you in on auto renew and I can't seem to find out how to delete it
