Breaks just after 90 days, dont waste your time or money. Customer support is a joke and wont replace it because its over the 90 day guarentee. For the price its should be more than 90 days guarenteed and if there is a fault it still should be replaced. 50% discount what a price gouge and 120000 happy customers would be a stretch with the cheap materials the product is made from.

I had requested when my order was going to be delivered twice. No reply.

Actually, the rating is less than zero. I ordered 3 ionDrops and 12 extra filters from Drivse. Then I kept getting messages that I needed more filters for my other faucets. I could not go back and delete my order, and there was a threatening message that I would be charged again if I went back on my order. I immediately wrote the company that I want to cancel both orders. I got a couple of responses that they received my cancellation email, but it’s over a week, and the charge is still on my credit card. Furthermore, I keep getting messages that the products are coming. There is no customer service phone number. There is a number next to the charge on my bank statement, but no one is available after making multiple calls. I’m going to my bank today to see if they can help me. I will cancel my credit card for fear that the company will use my information. Do not order anything from this company. It’s a scam!

I never completed order but your comp went ahead and charged my card for 1 years worth of filters ,$119. I was so disappointed with all the extras , I left the website, but forgot to remove my credit card info, so your company went ahead and charged me $190+ which I did not authorize. I emailed numerous times and nobody has ever gotten back with me!

Did not know that it didn't come with a hook up. My previous handheld was magnetic and was not compatible. Since the hose and shower head holder was not included (as I assumed from watching the videos of others who talked about the awesome pressure) I have not been able to use. Waiting g on that delivery, which was an extra $10 on TOP of the cost of this, so right now it is a paperweight and already not worth the price since I had to purchase the fixtures to use it in addition to the high price and filters this costs. Already regret the purchase.
