Terrible experience. The website charged my credit card before I had finished my order. It then charged me for extra filters without my authorization. The shower head is not much better than the one I had previously, but the criteria for return excluded not liking the product. This company is not reputable in there business practices and I would recommend anyone considering buying this product BEWARE.

I made an order for a product for $59.99 and was charged $105.00. Diverse.com does not answer or refund me. Not a trustworthy company. I want an address to return the item and get my refund!

This company is a rip off. Do not waste money with those scum bags. All products are terrible. One shower later it’ll be spraying all over your bathroom. Then they’ll make up some excuse not to refund you. I swear on this. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF! I SWEAR TO ALL OF YOU. DONT BUY THIS CACA. THE PLASTIC IS LIKE WAX. Unfortunately, I fell for this company's advertising tactics for the ion drops shower head. Not only was my delivery extremely delayed, but they have fraudulently charged my card for more filters... and I already have 24 (I have legitimately owned this shower HEAD for LESS THAN ONE MONTH !!!) They have poor response time, and are very deceptive when it comes to the customer asking for a refund. Even after I attached screenshots of their "no risk - 90 day - money back... no questions asked" policy. I was also told that I "agreed" to their membership however, refused provide proof of this, when asked. Instead, I was told "it was contained in their computer system and is confirmed that I agreed to their terms" The whole experience has been a disgusting display of a foreign company taking advantage of individuals who are just looking for a little improvement in their lives... and especially around the holidays too. DO BETTER DRIVSE... at the very least honor your statements made in your advertisements and give people their money back when requested. Btw... there have been several interactions, only by email, since the end of November.... not just today.

I ordered 2 full sets for about $380. I found out that my wife cannot use this product since her Dr. had not approved it, very sensitive skin. When I wrote you to return it you said to return it to the address on the package it was sent in, which I did. It had a shipping warehouse in California. You then said that was the wrong address. I tried to contact the company, no luck. Refund my money would make you a 5 star.

I never received it, it was ordered on 11/4/25. I was being billed twice for a 29.99 filter subscription when only ordered 1. The customer service is horrible they wanted me to pay 20 for a “replacement”shower head which is crazy. I have repeatedly ask for a refund to no avail. They said I had the wrong address, but they managed to send me a filter with no shower head.

I wanted to order one but was charge for 3 and my order for 30 filters was ignored . I received more than I wanted and charged for it
