I still have not received my order for these shower heads. I purchased two of them, weeks ago and I still have not received them.

Zero stars if I could for Drivse shower head. It came in a flimsy bag which that in and of itself speaks volumes about the company. You can tell by the feel of the plastic that the shower head will break sooner rather than later. The "filters" are a total joke. They're a tube and the water flows thru the center w/ cotton fibers around it - so the water does NOT flow thru the cotton fibers, but around it. When I emailed for how to get a refund, I was told I have to ship it to Portugal in order to get a refund. And they advised me to NOT declare the value so that it will go thru customs faster. Doing that will GUARANTEE the package is returned to me and I'll be out even more money. The ONLY thing they're will to do is gave me 20% refund which is about $40. I have filed a dispute w/ my cc company. And all conversation has to go through email because there’s no phone number. Stay away from this company.

I am very unhappy with this company's business practices. They start with one price that the buyer believes is for the entire unit. You then find out you have to buy the hose, then the mount etc. Because the shower head has a filter you expect to buy replacements. They also write in fine print you can't change your mind. Buyer BEWARE!

Don't have the products, finally got the products ,looks flimsy, plastic hardware, why don't they offer reusable filters? Nobody wants to keep buying filters forever, bad for the environment and the wallet!!!

My bank denied the initial purchase as "Fraud-Alert" and then I was billed $36.00 for a 3rd Party (FlexFactor) to override my bank denial and approve the transaction after my bank declined it which does not seen lawful IMO. I was also billed $39.99 for filters & $77.70 for a shower head that is non-adjustable so the water sprays at the wall instead of downward. I would like to return the product but Customer Support has not replied to my inquiry placed 1 week ago. So, I am stuck with paying well over $100 for a shower head that cannot be adjusted and the Customer Support won't reply to me so that I can return it to get my money refunded.

I ordered this for the promise of 200% pressure. That was not the case. I could care less about the filter or other features. The pressure is fine but no different from my other shower head.

I haven't received my order

I can’t rate the products use as my order did not come completely as advertised and contained only shower heads without attachment hoses as advertised. Drives also made an attempt to charge me for some other products I never ordered while I was asleep. Fortunately my banks Fraud Alert made me aware and stopped the fraudulent payment from processing.
