DrivseReviews of drivse.com

Horrible company. I’ve reached out to them several times to return these products because they didn’t work for my showers and get my refund. They still haven’t gotten back to me to tell me how to return, only to say they recant complaint

It’s now two days before Christmas. I ordered 2- Drivse shower heads on October 13,2025. I only received 1 shower head. The extra filters came 6 weeks later. No mention of 1 back ordered shower head. But, in late November, 2025 I was charged on my credit card for 2 additional shower heads which I did not order. I am Still waiting for my backorder from October to arrive. The 800 phone number on the web sight does not connect for customer. Also, two days ago I received another shipment of filters which I did Not order. They were shipped from some guy’s apartment in Rancho Cucomungo, Calf. This is not a reputable company.

I cannot use my showerhead because I did not receive the installation kit or filters that I ordered. Instead I got three showerheads. I have repeated emailed support with no response other than a notice that I will be receiving three more showerheads! Please send the correct order ofvkit and filters. Thank you.

I still haven't received the filters I ordered. Placed my order the end of November. Have contacted you several times with no resolution to the problem. Would appreciate a response from you.

It doesn't fit my shower setup. How do I return it?

Your customer support does not exist. You are a predatory company.

I am still waiting for my order. You should inform buyers that it is shipped from China and takes likes many weeks to get it. Also, too much oversell. Filters are too expensive. Continuous advertisements in my mailbox when I still have not received my first order.

I have not received my shower heads and it has been weeks.
