My order was stolen from my porch. So I have no idea how great it is

I have not received the shower head and contacted your company with no one calling me or contacting me.

I did not use this...it was not what I expected. I am awaiting info on how to return it for a refund.

The product is cheap and unusable. The return is difficult. Initial request ignored and then they give a return address in Portugal. You need to pay return shipping. It will likely be expensive to return so not worth it.

I gave one star because I was unable to leave zero stars. I did not receive the product I ordered. I received very cheaply made plastic shower heads that look nothing like the shower head you are asking me to review. Send me the correct shower heads and I will update my review.

They falsely advertise what the shower head is suppose to look like and then send a piece of plastic garbage for the price instead of the original advertisement. Terrible!

It didn’t arrive. So only one star. The filters arrived.

It has been over a month and still haven't received our new shower head.
