During sign-up, I struggled to get past signing up for recurring filters purchases. I want to try the product before I buy more. With health issues, I don't shower every day, so I should go a lot longer before needing to change filters. Then filters were auto sent anyway, and my account charged without my consent! That is fraud!!

After 2 weeks of use some of the shower pin holes started spraying sideways as if they were partially clogged. What do I do to fix this problem?

I ordered 2 shower heads 1 hose and no filters just the ones that come with it. I received 5 shower heads and several weeks later received 2 packages of filters, that I didn't order. I sent an email and complained about this and all these charges I got, Don't send me anymore filters. Never received a response. As far as shower goes easy to put on and feels great.

I'm not completely satisfied with my Drivse shower heads. I use a stall shower in my master bathroom primarily, and the shape of the shower head doesn't allow for enough variability when setting the water direction. Fortunately, I'm almost 6' tall, so it is sufficient for me, but if it were used by a shorter person I'd be skeptical as to the proper direction. I think it would hit the person in the chin or face. Now, my other shower is a tub/shower and in this situation it works great because I can step back as needed to change the location of the water stream. I do like the shut-off button feature and have been using this with regularity. I do NOT like having to pay $59.95 for filter replacements. Way overpriced in my opinion! My advice, if you have a stall shower, the Drivse is NOT recommended.

There is no guarantee; buyer beware. I was not impressed by the "improved" pressure. It's only smaller holes which gives the illusion of higher pressure. Yes it filters the city water, but overall I was not satisfied and contacted Drivse to return the product. I was told not only were they NOT returnable if you use it, but if the product was in new condition I would have to pay return shipping to China AND incur a restocking fee. REALLY?
