The shower heads was not as advertised

I only received the 2 filters. Still waiting for the shower heads. Well now it is Christmas. One was for my 93 year old mother. Yes June 10 1932 is her birthday. The other for me. Please send as soon as possible. So disappointed.

Don’t have it yet

The whole product is cheaply made and it didn't even come with the hose or the holder !! I had way better water pressure with the builder grade shower head that came with the house !! It took forever to receive it !! I am so sick of all the commercials on the internet cuz they tricked the hell out of me !! I was kid waiting for Christmas for it to arrive and when it did I looked like an idiot because it sucks !! Worst product of 2025!!!

My wife ordered the shower head, (not the filters) but your company charged me for the filters ($118). Did not want the filters, just the head. Now I am having a hard time trying to return the filters and get a refund.

You people are scammers. The biggest mistake I've done this year. Will not recommended . Thieves taking money without permission. Refund my money for the 50th time asking. Send your address so that I return your unused items.

I ordered your 3 pack of showerheads plus the buy 6 get 6 free filters to go with them. Instead of pa t ingredients for only 6 I was charged for the 12. That is called misrepresentation.
