I hate this company
I hate this company. The order was placed without my consent. I canceled this order less than 12 hours after I knew it was placed and they shipped it anyway. I was put on 6 month refill with filters with out my consent. Was sent more refills after I canceled the order. I will never recommend this product. I will never use this shower head. It costs almost as much to return it as to buy it so your refund policy is a joke. Along with if you use it you can't return it if it does not meet what you said it would do.
