There is no hose to hook up the shower head. No instructions. Waste of money

I have yet to receive the product!

I've received the shower about a month ago but apparently filter production is quite backlogged and so I'm left showered. No hope in sight for the filters to arrive. Very poor follow through and problem solving!

Because, I haven’t received my order, so I am not able to do a review!!!!!

This company is a scam. I have tried for months now to get them to cancel monthly orders for filters I don't need. They never respond to me. DOLET YOURSELF BE FOOLED BY THEM. THEY'VE MADE MY LIFE HELL BY TAKING $30.00 FROM ME EVERY SINGLE MONTH. NO ONE ANSWERS AFTER YOU FILL OUT THEIR FORM.

The price was deceiving and extremely expensive after your company got through billing my account! I want an address to send this ridiculous expensive rip off back. Sincerely, Rebecca Gibson

After waiting weeks to receive, I cant use without a hose. Sent an email to customer service, still waiting on a response. How much longer will I have to wait?

I couldn’t get out of their website and every time I tried it just added another item. I want to return their product, but so far I have not received the form and a human hasn’t replied to my request only a generated robotic form
