I ordered one showerhead for $39.99. and they had a deal on the three filters for $12.95 I used PayPal! Once the transaction was finished, they send you an email saying that everything‘s all set. They’re getting ready to ship it. When I looked at the invoice from Paypal, they had charged me for three showers for $74! And had me buy the sixth shower filters for $77! Of course it was just before New Year’s so nobody was in at their office. They do have a phone number, but they say the people won’t be in during the holiday.! I did contact via email! They made a some sort of ticket out of it! The guy said oh we can give you a refund on two of the showerhead! As well as the refund on the three filter filters for $39? What does he think? I’m stupid! I said I want the $77 you charged me for the six filters that I never asked for. As well as as they can give me the refund for two of the showerheads.! I think I’m gonna get screwed around! I’m gonna try that phone number to see if I can get somebody on that! But I’m having a feeling from what I’m hearing here it’s a scam! So I guess I gotta fight with Paypal to get my money back!

This company emphasizes in its promotion that "if you are not COMPLETELY SATISFIED you have a money back guarantee." Then once yuu buy their product, their return policy states "if you are not satisfied, they will only send you replacement product. They also indicate by buying the product you are automatically enrolled for replacement filters to be sent regularly (no indication of the cost). I am so grateful that I dodged this bullet, and I am returning the products that I never even opened back to Portugal! So grateful for my credit cards protection to keep from being charged in the future!

You charged me 7 times more than advertised and never gave me a chance to review the total cost. This is fraud. I would not purchase from this manufacturer again. buyer beware!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The checkout process was confusing and filled with upselling videos, warnings like “don’t click back or your order will double,” and pressure tactics. I abandoned the checkout because I didn’t want to continue but my order still went through anyway. I contacted them within 24 hours to cancel, yet instead of helping, they kept delaying, repeating the same responses, and pushing offers I clearly did not want. The product also took almost two weeks to arrive, which left very little time within their 30-day policy to return it. Their customer support felt unhelpful and scripted, and it seemed like every reply was designed to prevent me from getting a proper resolution. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious when ordering from this company. The checkout process felt misleading, and the after-sales support was frustrating and exhausting.

This sprayer tore near the sprayer and it flooded our bathroom. I had water warming for showering and had stepped out for 2 secs. This is a scam and a horrible company. My husband had to cancel his card and call bank putting you in for fraud because you stold payments for what?? Don't shop here!!!!

Awful company! Total scam, paid with PayPal and now they keep charging me for 2 more! It doesn’t work either! Run! It should be no stars!

Does not seem to work as promised. I low water pressure and it does not seem to work right. Also leaks when you push stop button

Shady online company selling substandard products while claiming they’re made in the USA. The product quality is poor, and they do not stand behind what they sell or respect their customers. DRIVSE shower heads are cheap knockoffs of higher-quality products. To make matters worse, they automatically sign you up for a subscription without clear disclosure. You only find out once you’re charged, and then they refuse to issue a full refund. Very deceptive business practices — buyer beware.
