The 20 thousand up sells made me try to cancel my order. The product is good. Only problem keeping it from being GREAT is the fact that it only has 3 nozzle spray settings.

I thank you for your speedy response and making the order fair by giving me 12 filters at no cost after the order went through after I stopped it half way through ordering( the video was still playing) that was very fair of you to do so , that’s why I went ahead and completed the order, although I really ordered it so I could get to places in my body that you can’t when your 300 lbs but having a stronger water flow is good too. Once again thanks for being fair and speedy, it would’ve been 5 star but the mishap of it going through without my complete permission had me pretty upset ,I can’t wait to get it ,THANKS AGAIN

There are too many add ons when you check out. They pressure you to buy another product almost to the point of not wanting to complete the purchase.

The showerhead used way less water pressure to get a good and powerful supply of shower water. Me and my friend were impressed. Easy to install too.
