I really can not leave any experience as I just ordered this shower head, will wait for it to arrive and to see the results so that I can then let you all know what I think of this shower head once I start using it

I haven’t gotten to use it. Due to the fact it comes with no hose. I’m looking to buy one.

The shower head is great but force feeding these overpriced filters every month is not. If I want filters I’ll order not the other way around. Very poor business tactics on your part

The shower is great! Whats not so great is the auto refill of filters that I got duped into on my first purchase. Got chagred about $60 for 2 filters lasting 2 months. Pricing on the filter are as much if not more then the shower head which is pretty steep. Also the seal on my 1st shower head bust after about 1 year so I bought 2 replacement shower heads at about the cost of 2 filters, also wild. Showerhead affordable but I dont know anyone in there right mi d that wants to about $500 a year for filters, thats crazy. You wanted a honest review, here it is. Find a way to lower your price significantly for shower filters just as you offer promotional yearly pricing at first purchase. That my hinest suggestion. Thanks, Thomas Armstrong

I like the shower head but I really dislike how you add additional charges for filter replacements and Ion drops when I did not order them! All I wanted was the shower head but the initial cost came in at 169.00 Canadian then two additional charges if 56.05 for filters and Ion drops. The shower head works ok and feels like more pressure but it is only due to the flow restriction valve is not on these heads. I will never purchase another unit due to the unethical business practices you employ. Please do yourself a favour and do some research ahead of time and see how many others have been charged all these additional charges that they did not want. I wish I had done so before purchasing. My card was being billed even before they had shipped one filter only received the filter after they had billed my cc for the next filter. This shower head is in the guest bathroom and has only been used twice since installation. I do not require an $56.06 shower head filter every month! Ended up canceling my CC and got a new one to stop the charges.

the small sink fac the gasket with the small sink do not work with mine can i get refund on them

It's not enough pressure and the angle of the head not movable

I dislike your costomer service dept. I gave one of your shower heads to my friend and it leaks at the button switch and instead of just replacing it she has to take a video and then I send it. Just send me a replacement and send the leaking one back. Then I am getting an auto shipping order that I didn't order and asked for it to be stopped and it took three more orders to stop it at $59 for 2 filters which is outrageous! Especially when I had already bought a years supply when I bought the shower heads. Then I noticed after a month the filter wasn't dirty but the inside of the shower head was full of rust and black crap. I wasn't impressed wh the cheapness of the shower head. I really feel cheated. The promises that were made have not been fulfilled. I don't notice any difference in my skin or my hair. Rory McKnight
