They will not refund you. They will drag it out for months. They keep charging your card monthly for 80 bucks. They will not refund you. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU THEY WILL DRAG IT OUT FOR MONTHS DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TRAP!!!!

Just like many I ordered 1 shower head. Lo and behold I get another charge 3 weeks later. Contacted them and they said I signed up for a monthly renewal. Who would sign up for a shower head every month? I thought maybe the filters but no a shower head. This company is scamming so many people. Buyer beware!

This company is Bad. They keep taking 170.00 out of my account for something I Never ordered. They are a scam. Pls do not order from them, they will rip you off. Its sad people like this take advantage of good honest people.

You will not respond to my request for authorization to return, if I don't hear from you within 48 hours I am returning all items and disputing my credit card charges. No invoice or shipping list was ever included.

I never received my product. Worse form of Customer Service to date. I want a refund.

I made a purchase for one unit. Somehow, they accidentally said I ordered 3I contacted them immediately within 1 hour, also 24 hours later also 20 4:00 after that, they didn't respond for 3 days and then told me that sorry the order was already fulfilled. And they couldn't change it. I have had at least five or six emails back and forth , and they're willing to pay the shipping for me to send them back , they did promise me a 20% discount on the order which I have not received yet. I would not do business with this company again.

I ordered 3 shower heads and 12 replacement filters from DRIVSE and paid in full November 2025. I did not sign up for refills or repeat orders, but this company, DRIVSE, charged my credit card again on January 5, 2026, for 3 more shower head products that I did not order. That does not make any sense. I cannot recommend a company that randomly charges a customer's account for unnecessary products and without expressed authorization from that customer. DRIVSE also pulled this recharge caper on my neighbor as well so something is not legit with their business practices. If you use them, you may eventually get your products, but you may also want to freeze or block your credit or debit card immediately afterwards to prevent future unauthorized charges that you will not find out about until it is too late. I have written the company regarding this matter, but it has been my experience they are in no hurry to take care of customer complaints. Update to DRIVSE complaint: I received notice that they claimed I opted for future orders and I asked for evidence as I know I did not opt for that feature; especially at the over-priced rate, and the CSR at DRIVSE refused to provide any evidence. Then they said they would ship the products I did not order, but as of this writing, they have not been delivered. In my opinion, this company clearly is a rip off. Go to Amazon because at least you'll have recourse from scam orders like this one. No matter what answer DRIVSE would submit, there was no evidence to corroborate their story. As of 01/12/26, no products were shipped to me and no refund of extorted credit card funds. I had to cancel the credit card they extorted.

I needed it in my shower but it won't fit as a shower head. we installed it and it sprays on the wall. So pretty useless. It is only good on a handheld shower so that doesn't help.
