DO NOT BUY OR DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! The order was flagged by my credit card as possible fraud. The order still went through. They had excuses why I couldn't cancel the order but I could do a return after I received it. They failed to mention that the product had to be returned to Portugal. The shipping from the US to Portugal out ways the cost of the product. After the emails back and forth saying I didn't want the product, they still processed a subscription order for the filters. I haven't even had the product long enough to chang e the filter. Basically this company is having a great laugh at a dumb American. I still believe that I can get great products from overseas and is willing to pay for them. However not at the cost that I may have jepoardized myself with a possible fraud company. THE PRODUCT IS LIKE THE COMPANY AND DOES NOT DELIVER WHAT THEY ADVERTIZE!!!!! THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE IN THE WATER!!!!

I have not received these orders items I purchased and it’s been 3 weeks. Tracking isn’t working and When looking at people who have tested the water purification capabilities with professional testing equipment it is not helping to purify water. When purchasing the transaction didn’t look like it went through and there were more pop up adds to buy now or loose the deal so I did and unfortunately doubled my order. I felt like this was tricky marketing to make you over buy. I have not got any help from customer service emails thus far. Not happy and it has taken up a bunch of my time. I would not purchase from this company.

We ordered the product in December. Paid in full but never rec'd the mounts or hoses. Please let us know when we will rec' all of our order

I have tried multiple different shower heads and been disappointed with the decreased pressure they have. This one is awesome and I've replaced all three shower heads in my house. Finally good filtration without sacrificing the power!! I have since found out that they enrolled me in automatic shipments of filters that cost 75.00 per month. Total scam buyers beware!!!!!!

I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone in regards to an over charge on my card! I’ve emailed and tried to call several times. Now all I ordered was the $39 shower head so I need the $119 charge taken off !

When trying to order filters the website wouldn't allow me to select what I wanted. I never got to review my purchase so just exited the website. I reached out to customer service to return your product and cancel any future charges. I have not received those instructions. Feels like a SCAM

I ordered the shower head and ended up with 2 subscriptions somehow. Didn't want even one until I tried them. Tried to get a refund and they wouldn't give me one. I have tried calling and leaving my information and I have emailed several times with little to no help.

Even though the shower head is a good product, the deceitful way they setup an auto subscription for the the filters will stop me from buying from them again. Buyer beware, you won't know you have subscribed. They dont have even a login area on their website where you can check or cancel a subscription. Completely dishonest way of marketing.
