It is no good. No change whatsoever waste of my money

I have only had the shower head for 3 months I believe and when I change out the filter monthly it already stripped and water is shooting everywhere, not very happy with how cheap it is made for the price

I have not received any of the products ordered to this date.

I was over charge and inquired why and have had no response

Purchased 2 shower heads installed on it was great the one and only time we used it. Tried to use it a second time and there was no water pressure. Very disappointing.

1. Took a lot longer than expected to receive. 2. Links sent on status came back as invalid. 3. Customer support was unresponsive 4. Now I’m trying to return the products and can’t get any response either. So overall not happy with this.

I recieved the product in the mail and got 3 shower heads. Only need one. All of them were missing crucial part. I reached out 3 times via email to request a return and credit and your "support" has not responded. Please let me know how to rectify this. Thank you

In service haven’t tried it yet tried to return two of the three sent to me Asked and I got nothing but blocked mail It is a flimsy build I agree
