It not only did not increase my shower pressure, it actually decreased it. I've tried both versions(the fixed head and the detachable) and got similar pressure issues with both.

The shower head is no better than what I already have, no greater water pressure as you advertised. How do I return these and get my money back?

When I ordered the shower head system I received Only the shower head in a crushed box, without the hose and holder. when notifying the company, they said they would send the hose and holder. they told me they would send it and that was on Jan 3rd. I still have not received it. no response concerning my concerns

The delivery person threw the shower head filter from a distance away. This makes me very reluctant to order anything again from Drivse, if the issue is not addressed. I can provide the surveillance camera footage as evidence.

Terrible experience - ordered one unit - confirmed on their website at the price for one unit and within an hour Discover Card was verifying my Order at $74.97 - I called Discover concerning the change in my order by Drivse - Discover gave me Drivse 912 number to contact them - that number does not work - I’m contesting this oder and opened a case against Drivse

I make the order by mistake 1 second later i asked for it to be canceled .They waited until way later to say oops already sent it even though it was canceled immediately .I contacted customer service and said I wanted to return it. They said if I would keep it, they would send me two filters and a hose that was a month ago. Still nothing this company is not a good company. They are not honest they’re crooked.

No response on my emails. Need a reimbursement. Shower head doesn’t fit ours. PLEASE ADVISE
