waiting for a response from my order. I was to receive 2 shower heads and one free one, 1 hose and 6 filters. Instead I received 4 shower heads, 2 hose and 9 filters and charges over$200.00. i NEED A REFUND AND PHOW TO SETTLE THIS ACCOUNT BEFORE i DO A FRAUD STATEMENT..ASAP Karlene Crawford, I have called, written and still no response.

The water pressure is not anywhere what the ad promised, the water turns cold on mist, the filters are way over priced and I notice no difference. I already went back to myold shower head

Is long delay in receiving. Can’t stop the filters from arriving after I have requested the subscription to be stopped numerous times! Make matters even worse - everything is from Portugal so it cost exuberant prices to mail items back. A horrible company to do business with.

Ordered and paid for 3 shower heads. Got 1 and 2 parts I did not order. To my surprise, they signed me up for a $77.00 package of 6 filters I did not order. Tried to cancel order for 1 shower head. Oops they said, already processed. Never arrived. No refund, no shower head. Worst customer service ever! Feel the whole experience with this company is bait and switch. Scam!

Didn’t received your products yet

I paid on Dec. 29, 2025, but I have NOT received any products from your company. If I have no product by Friday, 1/16 I will have my credit card company cancel this transaction. Have you even shipped it? I can't track it if it is not sent. I believe this is a fake site. Do not go there.

You sent me two filters one month later and charged me 59.98 for two filters I did not order, and you charged the same amount that I was charged for several filters, which is ridiculous. Beware of this company as they will send you filters you did not order at a ridiculous price. It may be hidden in their original order somewhere so you won't see it.
