The website is horrible to hard to follow and understand. Ordered shower head then canceled 3 minutes later they still sent it. Cheap plastic. Don’t take returns unless you want to paying shipping which goes out of the country. Still charging my account for ion drops that they say I opt into get. Which I didn’t opt into anything they are a scam.

My unit came in about a week and a half ago. I waited a few days to have it installed by a professional. That same day I went to use it the pice that hold the handle broke off because it’s plastic! I sent an email with pictures to the support team about a replacement, no one contacted me. I’m not going to stop until I get the product that I ordered or a damn refund. I even ordered the 12month filter supply, this is such a big disappointment…..😡

TOTAL SCAM!!! WHAT WAS CHARGED TO MY ACCT WAS NOT WAS ORDERED (OVER $250) NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SPEAK TO ONLY A FORM TO FILL OUT. I HAD TO GET MY BANK INVOLVED AND FILE A DISPUTE.. LONG AND BEHOLD THEY CHARGED MY ACCT AGAIN ALMOST A MONTH LATER FOR WHAT I HAVE NO IDEA . NOW I HAVE TO CLOSE OUT MY BANK CARD AND GET ANOTHER. THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHMARE TO DEAL WITH.

I can't use the shower head just by itself there are parts not received to convert my shower. I thought this would come and be used as a handheld shower .

I went on Drive site to look at their shower head & compare to other products. They sent an email that I ordered a diet head & 6 filters. Try as I may I could not stop the shipment. They said I could send it back at my cost. I took it to UPS they said it works be over 120.00 to send it back. Then they had to never to send me filters. Had to call the bank to stop them from shipping more. I have had so much trouble with these over seas companies. If it's not on Amazon.. witch these are for 1/4 of the price don't buy.

This company is a nightmare and a scam!!!! Do NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! THEY INFLATE THE ORDER AND ADD COST AFTER THEY PROMISE TO SHIP IN LESS THAN 7 DAYS, THERE IS NO PHONE OR SERVICE AND AFTER 10 DAYS THEY SEND AN EMAIL STATING THEY ARE OVER BOUGHT - NEVER, EVER BUY FROM THEM - 5 REQUEST FOR REFUND AND NO RESPONSE - IM OFF TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TODAY TO FILE FRAUD CHARGES AGAINST THEM TODAY!!

Never received, never got my money credited back to my credit card. On 12/23/25 on my phone I placed an order and canceled immediately because the order went through before I was finished putting in all information. This was 3 weeks ago still no credit applied. If product was sent never received any conformation as to when. Very poor customer service. Again, CANCELED

I only received the shower head which came in a crushed box with no packaging and no instructions. The attachments and the cartridges I did not receive. The only recourse I have is to email as there is no one to talk to. There is no real customer service. I am told through email that they are looking into the missing parts. It’s been weeks and no update. I am hoping that someone in the company who reads this provides me with some assistance. I spent a total of $232 and have a shower head I can’t use.
