Shower head wasn't as good as advertised. Tried to get a refund inside of the 30 days. They wouldn't refund because I used it...how else am I supposed to see if it worked. Poor product and poor customer service.

The shower head rusts after only a couple of months from use. I feel this product is a scam. Look at the Ai! Not real!!!

First after ordering the showerhead l found I had to order the hose separately at a ridiculous price. Then when I changed the filter, which is also ridiculously priced,the showerhead cracked. It's poor quality, I went to the hardware store and saw many that came with the hose. Not cheap plastic and reasonably priced.

Terrible experience. I would stay away, not recommend. I placed an order 5/1. Still has not shipped, and they say they cannot refund me because the order was placed.... but never shipped. So they will not refund me the money or do anything. STAY AWAY!! sketchy
