I never got my shower heads

I am sorry to say that I was unable to install my new shower head and I returned it shortly after receiving it. I have not yet received a refund for my purchase. I sent 29.95 and 39.95 on 10/27/25 and another 29.95 on 11/24. Please check my account status so that this can be resolved. Thank you Bonilyn Rohrbaugh PS. Product is not designed well and handle is big so it didn’t fit my shower well, it has good pressure but the angle was poor for my showers. So I read there return policy and it said I could request return for any unopened products. So I contacted them thru email due to them not having any phone option. Took them forever to respond to me after I emailed twice. Then I got a charge from them for $57 for replacement filters, so they signed me up for a subscription without me knowing. $57 for 2 filters!!! They then tried to offer me a discount on future order (which I do not want) then they offered me a 30% refund. So this was not acceptable to me. So they have not honored there return policy and are trying to get out of it. This is a China company in my opinion so I would beware before buying. I have not gotten a reasonable refund offer yet and doubt I will.

I purchased 3 shower heads and 2 connecting hoses from Drivse. The the shower head and the hose didn't fit on my bathroom fixtures. The receipt clearly says free shipping and there was a 90 day satisfaction guarantee as well. When I tried to return the items, I asked for a return label. The customer service people instead asked to ship to this address:Vanillanumbers LDA Address: APARTADO 001004, EC ROTUNDA - BRAGA Postal Code: 4710-998 City: BRAGA Country: PORTUGAL The quote from the shipping company was $190. "higher than the price of the items themselves" Now I am in a difficult condition. The items are useless. The customer services are not responding to my email. I am very disappointed with the product and the company.

It started off cheap.... if you wanted to use it you had to be the hose separately anther $70 or so. Then buy the filters more money. Told them to cancel order sent it anyways. Sending back???? Nightmare and a 10% restocking fee. So I'm stuck with this garbage. Same scams on internet don't buy it

No business is without problems. How it handles those problems determines the quality of the enterprise. Unfortunately, these people utterly fail. Their shower head is acceptable, but not great. Twice they have shipped product to me that I didn't order. I have requested an approval to return the items. First they stonewalled me then finally they sent an approval with instructions to return the items to an address in PORTUGAL! And, they expect me to pay international shipping costs even though the products were sent from an address about 20 miles away from my house. No, thanks.
