I purchased the shower head,and extr filters. The purchase I made did not come with the hose. I payed $90.00 and I find the purchase I made was useless without the hose. I'm going to return my items for a refund. I found at Home Depot the same setup and name brand with the hose that I needed the the most for $29.00 .When I watched the ad a 90 day return policy was offered and after I made my purchase it went to 30 days.I made my purchase, because I need the hose for your shower head. I'm not happy with Drivse. They don't bother to return e-mails concerning the matter. I hope they give me my money back and we part our ways. Very disappointed. Anthony Kaleta

Only received partial order. No filters ordered & pd for.

I purchased this shower head 1/4/26 after seeing an ad on Treads. Received it today 1/15/26. Very cheap feeling & absolutely does nothing to increase my water pressure. The 3 settings are a joke. I paid $39.99. It should be $10 at most. I suspect the cost is more about where it is coming from because the tracking shows it going through customs. So it came from outside the states. Buyer beware! Piece of junk!

I am warning everyone do not buy this showerhead. It does not do what, they say that it does. It allows very little hot water no matter how hot you have your water tank turned up. I would advise everyone not to buy this piece of s***. It is not worth the money. It's a scam

Misleading Pricing, Overcharged, and No Customer Support Review: On Dec 19, I ordered three Iondrop shower heads at the advertised promo price of $24.95 each with free shipping (USD $74.85). My credit card was later charged USD$105.00 converted ( CDN$148.61) even after the transaction was initially declined due to the amount. Few hours later they tried agin and the amount went through. Customer service refused to take responsibility when I raised the issue (Ticket No: 182561) and did not resolve the overcharge. I requested a return and emailed multiple times starting Jan 11 for return authorization, but received no response. I later found the same shower heads on Amazon for less in Canadian dollars, including extra filters, the hose and attachments. Based on the overcharge, lack of response, and poor handling, I do not recommend ordering from this company.

I originally ordered two shower heads but not the ion drops. Then I ordered ion drops and instead received two more shower heads. I ordered ion drops again and received two more shower heads and a several ion drops. I now have 6. I would like to return 5 because I did try one and I did not like it.

I need someone in customer support to call me back!!!!!!!! I have sent 2 or 3 emails!! Please just return my call. I dont know what else to do
