Turns out this is a scam. I requested a refund because the shower heads I bought do not fit my plumbing. I received a reply that gave me an address and instructions to return them before a refund could be issued. Turns out I was instructed to send it to Portugal. I went to UPS to find out about shipping the package and found that it would cost over &100 to return it. Plus the $270 for the units and another $60 for a subscription for filters that I never received and did not ask for in the first place. That is almost $$450 total you have screwed me for. Hope you enjoyed it. It is pitiful when you can’t or won’t get a real job and have to resort to stealing from unsuspecting people.

Cheap! Plastic/Metal material. Threads strip easily on change out, I bought two. Water leaks around on-off buttons, pressure is fair. Drivse will make you think you want more filters when you never ordered any. I opt out but they claim I wanted more based on my usage. Billed me $59.99 I never authorized! WHAT USAGE? They don't know my water usage! Most webwide reviews are bad. Says, mixed reviews to poor online. There are hundreds of these similar products at your local stores. I've stopped buying sight unseen.Don't BUY THIS! Waste of money difficult to get refund if lucky!

This will be far the worse customer service experience I have had. Purchased around early December and have not received the shipment. When I asked , I was instructed multiple times to locate them myself in our huge complex. I was told to call the shipper myself only to be directed to an AI agent. Today I still do not have resolution to my missing shipment. Do yourselves a favor DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. You will regret it.

I received the wrong product. I asked for a refund. You offered me a partial refund, but this product has no value to me. I want a full refund. I have only a showerhead with no hose and no possible way to use it without the rest of the package — which was described in the ad I responded to and in the package I received. 😡 I am reporting you to my bank as a scam.

I thought what I was buying was a great deal, so I bought 2. Then you are taken to the next page that says....wait there's more. Yes now u need to BUY the cartridges to filter the water....but wait there's more....yes YOU also need to buy the connector for the shower head. I stopped there, and tried to go back to cancel this NOT SO Great deal that was now well over $300. Nope You can't go back and cancel! Now I'm trying to return items, and I need to pay for the shipping cost back. Buyer Beware!! Hope you are able to read this before you get caught!

Weak water pressure…went back to old shower head. Very dissatisfied. Waste of money.

I’m still waiting to receive what I ordered from Drivse back in Dec 2025. Also my drops I ordered 2 shower heads. Fixing to turn it over to the BBB.

I’m still waiting for my order to ship.
