Company is in Portugal. Read the return policy. Couldn't stop order 10 minutes after making it. Auto reponse email and phone number invalid. First email direct response was 10 days after order. Added $79 worth of filters i did not order. Filed a complaint with AX to stop shipment. Please don't order Drivse products. Reviews fake.

You are absolutely wrong, I paid for 24 total filters for extras and received a total of four filters. Missing 20 of these. If I can find a place online, I'm going to bash you with a review. Shower heads were never received! On November 28, 2025, ordered two shower heads and 6 filters because of company's "after purchase ad". Declined additional "after purchase ad" for hoses. When I saw the cost of filters ($77.70), I cancelled the filters so PayPal charged me $59.98 for the two shower heads only.

This is junk, and customer service for a return is a joke.

I need my whole refund back I will never buy anything from this company

I didn't appreciate being blackmailed into watching an extremely long video with the consequences of more money being deducted if I turn off the video. And the audacity of you going after my checking account trying to steal a monthly purchase payment from me.

Made with substandard/cheap material The handle that holds the filter is made of cheap plastic and has a crack in it so it leaks. I email support and was informed that my warranty had expired so I couldn't get a replacement. So I asked to purchase just that part, and was told they didn't offer that part to be sold separately, but gave me a 30% discount on a new unit. Why would I buy another poorly made product just to have it break again. Don't do business with this company it's a scam
