The product is cheap plastic and the filters are a joke. I emailed customer support as soon as I received the product to return it within the 30 days, they ignored it, then, I kept emailing them and would only get stupid generic replies. They proceeded to send me some filters I did not order even after they had received my emails to cancel and return. As of today, they still have my money and won't give me instructions as to how to return these crappie products. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! DISHONEST COMPANY. reporting to the better business bureau. Thieves!!!!!!

I paid for the showerhead and the buy 6 filters get 6 free. I haven't unboxed the showerhead. I've been emailing customer service about paying and not receiving my complete order. I received an email yesterday asking if I wanted to be subscribed which I can't even get what I paid for but then my bank notified me that another charge was pending apparently for the subscription I never confirmed.

My review is NOT FAKE! THis company is a RIPOFF they repeatedly send AND CHARGE YOU FOR REPLACEMENT filters with out asking. I paid $60.00 then after 2weeks they automatically charged me $56. for 2 filters, then they want to charge me more for a Warranty! WITHOUT my consent. I don't recommend this product to even my worst enemy!! Iplan to report them to the F T.C.
