Haven't recieved shower head, been over three weeks. What's up? Thanks.

The shower wand threads are no good and the water just sprays out the bottom of where it connects to the hose. Won't refund money for unusable product because it is out of box. How else would you be able to see if it works if you don't try to hook it up? So ridiculous!

I am very disapointed with my purchase: 1- Not the desing in the videos different model 2- missing the diffuser 3- No adjustment for the type of jet 4- Cheap transparent plastic handle 5-Helical fan inside head does not look very durable At this stage I cannot recommend purchase

DO NOT ORDER from this Portugal company. Their return policies do not allow for changing your mind. I cancelled moments after ordering and was told it was already processed. (Really?). I was refused a refund (a Portugal based company).

I would advise to never buy from this company, ever. Their scam is in relation to the filter subscription which you are enrolled in when you buy the shower head. As instructed, I canceled the filter subscription straight away. They have now charged me for 3 months running for filter subscription despite having written confirmation it is cancelled. The filter you get (but don’t want) looks like it cost less than a dollar so I would suggest that they are using this as their income stream, delay and put off subscription cancellations as long as possible and get $39.99 for every penny filter they can send out. Beware people, don’t do it.

They do not stand behind their products. I tried to return thier products. Useless. They won't send me thier address or a return label. Thier customer service is non existent. Don't order anything from this company they suck!!
