Hard to turn dial to get stream going

After ordering 3 shower heads my wife tried the first one and she wasn’t in love with it. We decided to not install the other 2, and let her try it a little while. I had ordered an extra set of filters in case we loved the shower heads so we had extra. For some reason another 6 was charged to me and sent to me that I DID NOT ever authorize. They were sent 30’ish days after my original order so It wasn’t even 3 months the use up the filters I would have already been able to use. After a couple weeks of my wife using the shower head she decided she didn’t like it. I read the conditions that since it had been used it could not be returned but I wanted to return the other 2 shower heads and the filters. After my first request of asking for a refund I was given a reply saying that you would give me a 50% of what I paid toward a future order. I said no because I didn’t even want what I I had and knew I would never order anything else. And no one ever acknowledged that the other filters were shipped and charged even though I said I never authorized it So after saying that was not acceptable I was given another of getting 30% back of my purchases. So basically I paid for items I really didn’t want. Paid for items I never ordered. And got 30% back of what I spent. Lesson learned. Never trust these companies on the internet like you. I am sure this review will be dismissed but at least I was able to give a detailed reason why no one should order from you

I have used this shower head for approximately 2 months. The shower head has cracked, and the leak was so bad that had to remove it.

I have constantly tried to cancel my subscription. I have been told that the subscription has been canceled that I would no longer receive any merchandise. And lo and behold a month later after thinking that I have no more interaction with his company I got an email saying something's on its way. I will say that sometimes things are absolutely mixed up they're saying you're too shower heads are coming but then they're sending filters both I did not order. And then being told for the third time that everything is canceled and nothing else will come to me it shows up again. This is a horrible company the preys on consumers and it's unrelentless once you look at this product they suck you in and forever suck your credit card even after you have proof and you have shown where they have said that everything is canceled. I even got an email saying do you want to subscribe in which I said no and the very next day thank you for your order. Do not order from this company they are so bad that it's not even worth reviewing the product because their customer service preys on consumers

Lower if possible..I received 3 SNOWER HEADS...NO ATTACHMNSENS NO INSTRUCTIONS - NO WAY TO ATTACH TO EXISTING EQUIPMENT...PIECE OF EYCRAP....YOU TOOK MONEY- THATS ALL. I DEMAND A COMPLETE REFUND. IF YOU WANT THEM BACK ---COME GET THEM. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN. COMPLETE RIP OFF.

I bought 2 drives shower heads I December with 12 ion cartridges and on January 4th I has charged for replacement ion cartridges last month that I did not order. I have not been able to find a number to call to get any future deliveries cancelled very frustrating.

Refund policy is convoluted. Quick to sell you the product but customer service is scarce and no questions or concerns are addressed. I would not buy this product. Water down to a trickle after usage with the cheap paper filter.

This company is a scam and uses deceptive marketing. After your committed to buying the hand held device your notified on a new screen that your device DOESNT come with a hose, it extra. Wait there's more then on the next screen, you find out the connector for the hose is extra. What can't they be up front an open from the beginning. They claim to be a US company however; if you want to return the item YOU have to pay shipping back to China only if they give you a return RA. After I committed to buying the hand held device, I immediately had to notify there cust service to cancel the order I did not want it. Their reply was the order already shipped. Long story short, I refuse the delivery not once but twice and had to get my bank involved to get my money back. I found out the package was returned to a po box in California. Buyer beware, buyer remorse, don't accept and return it. I have all emails concerning this issue Dec 11, 2025 - Jan 6, 2026.
