Was double billed on my credit card statement. Also received the three heads that I ordered, in three separate boxes but none of the heads came with anything else! No hoses, no way to hook them up or hang them and no filters! Totally worthless!

Just received a message from them offering to "accelerate" the return. Only 7 months after my initial contact. I don't have the product any longer and just wrote it off as a lesson learned. Too little too late. Sorry, but the review stands. This company has horrible customer service! After communicating that I could not install the showerhead due to space constraints, I was told it could be returned (along with the cartridges) for a refund. After multiple emails, still no resolution, although they did offer me an installation kit which still would not work. Obviously, the return policy is misstated. Can't comment on the shower head itself, but the company has some serious customer service issues.

I received 3 shower heads no holders was charged almost $75. Then 3 mos later was charged almost $75 again for 3 $3 filters. It's a scam.

Cancelled my order within a very short time from ordering but ignored my request am on tank water only at home and realised didn’t need any chemicals removed from water and knew that filters would not last long asked numerous times to cancel but ignored so absolutely useless for me asked for refund

I don't know what you sent me! These look nothing like the picture on the ad and won't fit my shower. They're big and heavy as well '

I was charged $75.00 for filters I never ordered. Wrote through the Portal and haven received any reply. Not a Happy camper at all.

They sent me a completly different product. Typical bait and switch outfit from China! Buyer beware Then a picture was not enough proof they wanted the shipping label which obviously was thrown away with the packaging bag.
