My job is 100% travel. I rent car on a weekly basis. My company recommends to use its preferred vendor. For weeks ago, due to a car shortage at the preferred vendor location, I decided to try your company. I didn’t have a clue what I was getting myself into. I was very surprised and impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by Ameth, Sereena , and Kenon They made me feel valued ,and appreciated.

It was a quick and easy process. Wait time wasn’t bad .

I never knew Ace Rent a car existed until this past week. I had some issues with the added protection but Nick helped me a lot to resolve the issue. During the ride in the shuttle several customers were complaining but I wish I can correct them after Nick had helped me. He was constantly on the phone and he really proved customers are always right! Hope to see you again ACE !

My experience is great, the rep, the offer, I think it’s up to the customers point of view how to handle the situation, the rep the help me his name was Sam, and he was very kind and helpful.
