This is one of the smoothest car rentals in NYC with good customer service. I wish they had more locations.

Debra
Though our wait for the shuttle at the airport was a bit long and then again once we arrived at the rental office (it was obvious they were very busy), Miron was quite pleasant and efficient and even upgraded us to a larger car for no extra charge and we were out of there rather quickly after that. The return was much faster and the shuttle back to the airport was quick, thankfully. We would definitely us Ace again.
