Service was ok renting for the couple days but on my return I was very disappointed on gas charges to my account I took offend to that and said I'm not renting from your company anymore

This was the first time I rented from DrivO and it has overall been a good experience. I had to pick up the car from JFK location, and their shuttle picked me up from the Rental Car pick up center. I returned the car at LaGuardia, which was even smoother. The airport is just across the road and they drop you to the airport - that makes things so much easier specially during evening rush hour. The car itself was clean, washed and tidy. A great experience overall.

Shuttle was quick to be at the airport. Nice, friendly drivers and staff. Not too long to checkin and get the car. Vehicle clean and current model. We would definetly rent from Drivo again.
